Management Standard ISO 9001: 2000.
The IMSS Group has reviewed its commitment to providing
Quality Service now and in the future by having achieved
accreditation to the demanding new Quality Management
Standard ISO 9001: 2000.
The predominant themes of this Standard are Management
Commitment, Customer Focus and a striving for Continual
Improvement.
The Company Quality Policy also mirrors this and states
"The IMSS commitment to totally satisfying Customers
on every level extends from top Management throughout
the entire organisation".
The Company Objective is to continually improve Service
both in terms of Reliability and Value and thereby
to meet and, where possible, even exceed Customer needs
and expectations.
At the conclusion of a recent Appraisal Audit by an
independent external Inspector, this comment was inscribed
on the report: "Customer Focus is important to IMSS
and this has been found to be so at audits of other
sites and appears to be a great strength of the Organisation".
This must be in reality the "Blue Riband" of Quality
Aims, Objectives and Motivation.
